The 2018/19 Final budget data strings submitted by some municipalities not aligning to the Council approved A Schedule.

Munsoft version 7.1.2 release have added a feature that enables the municipality to block general ledger month end should the bank recons not be performed. Munsoft strongly advises against this, and instead advises that all month end processes be followed.
