Special Adjustment Budget (ADJB) 2019/2020 (COVID-19 Communication)
Concerning the Exemption Notice issued by the Minister of Finance on the 30th of March 2020, and in particular point (2) under the conditions: "Municipal councils may pass a special adjustment budget before the end of the 2019/2020 municipal financial year to authorise all expenditure linked to the emergency to address the COVID-19 pandemic."
