Munsoft Matters: eServices Upgrade

Dear Valued Client,

As part of continuous service & product improvement, Munsoft will be doing a scheduled upgrade on the eService Consumer and Communications platform.

The eService platform will be down for approximately 4 hours and Consumers will not be able to login and access their statements.

The scheduled time will be on the 11th June 2021 at 17:00 pm.
