Invitation: Audit Reports on Munsoft for 2021/22 Financial Periods
Munsoft hereby cordially invites you to attend a session dedicated to demonstrating reports appropriate for audit support in respect of IT & Financial for 2021/22 financial period. The session will be held virtually and face to face by Munsoft.
Workshop Objectives
The workshop seeks to achieve the following:
- Overview of the transaction flow on Munsoft
- Explain the various reports and the purpose under each module in the FMS system
- To ensure that appropriate reports are provided to the AGSA for audit purposes
- Explain the various reports available for IT audit
- The compilers/preparers of the Annual Financial statements
- Consultants appointed by the municipality to prepare AFS
- Key municipal official(s) involved in providing information to the AG
- Key municipal officials responsible for the relevant modules in the Munsoft system
- IT Administrators
