Hope you are well.
Thank you to all who have been calling in and replying to the e-mails that went out yesterday communicating the “Munsoft Cost-Free Workshop : AFS & Year End”. We ended the e-mail by stating, further details will be communicated, please see below planning.
We have paid the venue and booked resources for the workshop which runs from the 21st May to 15th June 2018. We are hoping that we will have maximum 50 delegates per week, where delegates are more, we will communicate to re-align or find a way to accommodate the delegates.

Agenda / Items of Focus during the workshop:
We are aware that all our clients have a big drive to ensure readiness for below items as an immediate focus area, this workshop is designed to address any and all items hindering your ability to complete below tasks:
- Year-end
- Preparation of AFS (Interim AFS and subsequently AFS)
*N.B. The personnel coming must be the personnel working on the above. Munsoft is not going to do the work for the Municipality. Munsoft and other Municipalities in a workshop, working group forum will be available for the entire week to ensure each Municipality is able to complete the tasks. Important to please bring your laptop.
How to book:
We have some Municipalities which have confirmed already and we have pre-populated the rest of the dates to allow us to see all sites between 21st May 2018 to 15th June 2018. To confirm your booking or ask for pre-booking to be shifted please communicate with Tsholofelo Nkgabutle Tsholofelo@munsoft.co.za .
*N.B. Please note the conference center can only accommodate Max 50 delegates per week. Tsholofelo might have to reshuffle the numbers and sites to ensure we don’t overbook per week. She will communicate to each site champion handling the booking. When booking with Tsholofelo please remember to communicate your Dietary requirements.
