Munsoft Matters: LOCAL GOVERNMENT DATABASE SUBMISSIONS MTREF 2021/22 – QUARTER 1

Dear Munsoft Client,

Kindly take note that the Local Government Database will be locked for Quarter 1 submission on Friday 29 October 2021.

This means municipalities must ensure the following documents are submitted successfully on the LG Database:

In-Year Monthly Actuals – M01 to M03
Creditors Monthly – CR01 to CR03
Debtors Monthly – DR01 to DR03

It remains the responsibility of the municipality to submit financial and non-financial documents to National Treasury on or before the due date, any delay in submitting documents to National Treasury can lead to non-compliance with Reporting Regulations.
